Summer Fair Days

Summer is whizzing by like it always does and I'm over here pretending it's not July already! Summer events have been going great even if most have been wet. I'm so grateful for a sturdy tent and a good set up so that I can continue bringing my work and keeping it all safe and dry in the process.

There are still a few more opportunities to catch me at a summer event! Mark your calendars for July 21, July 28, and August 4. I'll be set up in Palmer, Alaska at the Friday Fling Market Event. These one day events are a blast! Lots of makers and vendors set up selling their wares, food trucks, live music, and an all around great family vibe. The event happens in downtown Palmer, right in front of the Palmer Museum of History and Art on S Valley Way.

This event is great for the whole family! Stop by my booth and check out my growing sticker collection and summer new release. Then head over to the Palmer Fire Department booth. They have their firetruck parked and kids get a chance to test their firefighting skills and put out a fire! Your kids will love to get a sparkly butterfly painted on their cheeks at the face painting station. Your littles can dance to the live music and walk through the huge flower garden at the Palmer Museum of History and Art. There are lots of yummy treats available from local bakers including cupcakes from Love and Butter Alaska and fresh coffee from Farm Loop Coffee, a small batch roaster in the Valley. Farmers have fresh produce and lots of food trucks are ready to serve you hot and tasty meals.
